I would totally recommend Greg Cox and his real estate training program. I took the program about three years ago and for me it was quite literally “a life changer.” I was looking at changing what I was doing for a living and real estate had always been an interest for me. I learned about Greg and his training program and it was great. I am now a broker with my own brokerage operating a healthy business within a niche market segment. 6 yrs ago I took Greg’s real state training and passed the test with a high score and on my first try, thanks to Greg’s training. He teaches you what you need to know to pass your test and at the same time you will be learning what it takes to be a successful realtor. Greg has been a real estate trainer and broker for many, many years, for sure you will learn a lot from him.

I tried to go into this whole thing by myself and pass the state test on my own. Boy was I wrong hahaha. Greg was able to help explain everything in a way that i understood and he helped me pass the test on the first go. Outside of that, the knowledge about the industry, how to market myself, sell, negotiate contracts and so much more. I wasn't even expecting any of that. I would have easily paid $1500 for what I was able to get out of his class. Thank you again Greg!
